Nedim BİRİNCİ
Born in 1977 in Bulgaria, he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bulgaria (Bulgarian Trakiyski Universitet Haskovo Medical Faculty). In 2015, he completed Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, International Relations undergraduate program. In 2017, he completed his master's degree program in Hospital and Health Institutions Management at Beykent University. She has private health sector management experience (5 years). In 2014, he started to work at the Ministry of Health Gaziosmanpaşa Training and Research Hospital in the public sector. Between 2017 and 2024, he worked as an expert in the Medical and Financial Services Departments of Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate Beyoğlu Public Hospitals General Secretariat and Public Hospitals Services Directorate - 4.
In the Department of Medical Services;
-Medical Laboratory Services, Specialized Services, Blood Centers, Imaging Services, Palliative Services, Waste and Environmental Management, Public Health Services (KETM), Traditional Complementary Medicine Practices and Service Planning units.
In the Department of Financial Services;
- He worked as an expert in Expense Accrual, Purchasing and Budget units.
Since June 2024, he has been working as Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Services in our hospital. Nedim Birinci is married with one child and speaks advanced Bulgarian and intermediate Russian.
